Property Development Startup

Year: 2025

A development site acquisition tool streamlining feasibility analysis and investment decision-making

I guided product definition and UX strategy to consolidate a fragmented tool landscape into a single B2B SaaS platform for property developers, agents, and investors. I led the product design of a proof-of-concept tool that performs robust feasibility analyses by synthesising design boundaries, development timelines, and cost/revenue metrics into investment snapshots.

I worked to bridge the gap between simple data aggregators and complex financial modelling, championing a paradigm shift from “black-box” legacy software to a modern, “white-box” user experience that prioritises transparency and trust. I created a functional prototype with an intuitive interface that simplifies complex inputs—such as importing datasets and combining public- and private-sourced metrics—ensuring analysis is easy to follow, transparent, and superior to glitch-prone incumbent alternatives.

APM

Year: 2022-2024

An enterprise-grade, accessible learning platform for global workforce development

As Principal Designer, I partnered with the project’s Design Lead to shape and deliver an inclusive, scalable eLearning platform for APM, one of Australia’s largest human services providers. I played a pivotal role in upskilling and empowering both client stakeholders and engineering teams in design thinking, user-centred design, and dual-track development practices.

I led user interviews, collaborative feature scoping, estimation sessions, and design workshops, and contributed to architecture white papers and product strategy. Together with the Design Lead, I co-developed a robust, scalable design system that powers global multilingual product rollouts and a rigorously WCAG 2.1 AA- and AU RFFR-compliant UX/UI framework.  I conducted internal UX/UI audits, designed and delivered UI components for developer handoff, and coached development teams on human-centred lean delivery, resulting in significant process improvements, increased delivery throughput, and enhanced product quality. I championed hypothesis-driven design and continuous validation, ensuring the platform’s modules, components, and experiences met high standards for accessibility, usability, and maintainability.

Chop Out Convos

Year: 2022-2023

An award-winning, AI-assisted mental health support app co-designed with and for Australian tradies

I played a key role in the design and delivery of Chop Out Convos, working alongside the Design Lead and UI Designer to embed deep end-user and clinician input into an award-winning, fast-paced, human-centred, and hypothesis-driven development process.

I led user research interviews, facilitated Design Sprints, guided UI development, and provided strategic design advice to the client and stakeholders. Co-designing a dual-track agile delivery environment, I contributed to a highly successful lean process that enabled continuous discovery (testing, iteration, and design evolution) alongside feature development in a very short timeframe. The product’s collaborative, user-centred design approach was critical to its success and recognition in multiple awards for social impact and digital design.

Spearheading the next generation of Norwegian living room entertainment with a seamless Smart TV ecosystem

Deployed from Making Waves/NoA Ignite as a Senior Digital Design consultant, I partnered directly with the Head of UX and Head of TV & Entertainment to lead the design of Get’s inaugural Smart TV set-top box. This high-stakes initiative involved defining new design paradigms for Android TV and developing a scalable Smart TV application that serves over 450,000 households across Norway. I bridged the gap between strategic vision and execution, delivering a cohesive digital experience that integrates seamlessly with physical hardware.

Responsibilities extended beyond the screen to the physical product, contributing to the remote control's ergonomics and functionality through extensive iterative testing with Oslo residents. I managed the full validation lifecycle—testing the physical box, remote, and app functionality—to ensure a unified user journey. Additionally, operated as a strategic advisor on Human-Centred Design, guiding the Head of UX in fostering a vibrant, robust design culture within the organisation.
